Permaroof Plus Gutter Trim

Used along the Gutter edge. It sandwiches the EPDM roofing membrane and creates a smooth run off for the water, a bead of Permaroof Bond & Seal must be used between the membrane and front plate to ensure a watertight seal. It is a 2 part trim sold together and comes in 2.5m lengths.

APPLICATION

The Gutter back plate must be installed prior to the membrane, the top of the plate must be flush with the deck. The EPDM will overhang approx 50mm , a bead of Permaroof Bond & Seal must be applied before the front plate is fixed with the polypins provided.
