PERMAROOF PU ADHESIVE is a one component Moisture Curing Polyurethane Adhesive designed for:

• Outstanding adhesion to many substrates
• Slow to medium speed roller coat or bead application
• Strong rigid bonds
• Resistance to high and low temperatures and moisture

 
PERMAROOF PU ADHESIVE - may be used for bonding all types of plastic foams and other insulating materials to a wide variety of both flexible and rigid facing materials in the manufacture of roof structures, structural sandwich panels and insulated building boards and laminates. When bonding unprimed metals, please consult our Technical Department. 

APPLICATION - Permaroof PU Adhesive should be applied at the rate of 75-100 gsm to just one side of each glue line. The adhesive is best applied by roller coater or bead application systems which should be totally enclosed to prevent ingress of moisture.

CURE RATE - Since the adhesive is moisture curing, its cure rate is dependent both on the temperature at the glue line and on the amount of moisture present in the air (or substrates) to take part in the curing action.

WORKING TIME - Approx 15 minutes
